The accomodation is fantastic, the food an drink is superb, and all at a reasonable price. Richard and Louise did as much as they could to help, suggesting which rides to do depending on weather conditions, and how far we were up to going. It is the perfect location for all four trails, we stayed for 2 nights and three days, got all four trails done, and didn't have to get in the car at all during our stay. I have already stated my intention to Richard to return in a couple of months, and am already excited about it. Don't miss out on the opportunity to go there, you won't regret it. My only suggestion would be to go during the week if you can, as the trails are quieter, and you'll get much more attention from your hosts if you need it. Just spent the weekend there and had the most frightening but enjoyable weekend ever. It was my first time in afan and the descents were way too technical for me but hey managed to make it to the bottom in one piece. It was good to share my fear with an understanding Louise (I think it's a girl/mother thing!!)
