Building on the great success of the 2008 range, Halfords Bikehut has this month unveiled its new 2009 premium Mountain, Dirt Jump and BMX Bike collection, featuring new and exclusive models from Carrera, GT and VooDoo brands.

The carbon fibre favourite the Titan is back this year with the awesome edition of Avid Elixir R carbon disc brakes, new Rock Shox Reba SL fork and SRAM X9/X7 gearing for truly lightweight and versatile XC performance at just £999.99.
Joining the Titan is the all new carbon fibre Zelos SL, a full suspension singletrack whippet featuring 120mm of travel, Rock Shox Monarch 3.1 shock , Rock Shox Reba SL fork and Avid Elixir R disc brakes, all for only £1499.99.
The popular Fury is also back, with a Suntour Epicon LOD fork with 15mm bolt through axle, 27speed SRAM X7/X5 gearing, Avid Juicy 3 brakes, finished off with a sexy-sleek pearlised-white paint job, all for just £549.99.
There are also three women’s specific geometry frames in the range, with the popular 2009 W-Spec Kraken hard tail featuring 27speed SRAM X5 gearing, Tektro Auriga Comp hydraulic disc brakes and a Suntour XCR 100mm travel fork, all for just £399.99

Topping the dirt jump offer, the GT Chucker XS.1 boasts a tough GT dirt jump specific frame, a Marzocchi Dirt Jump 3 fork, SRAM X5 8 speed gearing and a Suntour Duro chainset with single ring and shift guide for £449.99.
With a super light GT Triple Triangle Aluminium frame, the Aggressor XCR MTB delivers strength without compromise. Kitted out with a Marzocchi 44TST2 140mm travel fork, Avid Juicy 3 hydraulic disc brakes with 180/160 rotors, Shimano Deore/XT gearing and Alex DP20 rims, the XCR is a tasty package at just £749.99.
New to the range for 2009 is the GT Aggressor i-Drive Elite, crowning the MTB range for £1499.99. Built around a GT i-Drive 6 Elite frame, the bike offers a full 6” of rear travel with it’s FOX RP2/3 shock. The GT Tour from the BMX range offers excellent spec and durability with a GT FS Design frame and fork, Tektro 907 Alloy U-brakes, GT 3 piece tubular Cro-mo crankset and Alex G22 48 hole alloy rims and GT Air Bag tyres, all for £229.99.
Voodoo
A Practitioner of Black Magic, the Bokor features a VooDoo aluminium frame with single speed compatible sliding dropouts, a Rock Shox Recon Air 100mm travel fork, SRAM X7/X9 gearing, and Avid Juicy 3 hydraulic disc brakes. A Race Face Ride XC chainset and finishing kit seal the deal, all for £699.99.
The all-new full suspension Canzo will weave it’s magic over you with it’s new VooDoo Black Magic 4-bar-linkage suspension frame and Rock Shox Revelation 409 Air U-Turn fork combining to offer 130mm of travel all round. With the darkest magic of all, the D-Jab crowns the range at £1599.99. A titanium frame with a Rock Shox Revelation 426 fork, SRAM X9 gearing, Avid Elixir R carbon brakes and Race Face Evolve XC chainset and finishing kit, all conspire to deliver a special ride.
