You could win £100 just by leaving a short review

Written by Daniel Mintz. Posted in Latest News

IBIKERide are offering you the opportunity to win a £100 in cash. To enter the competition all you need to do is write a short review on the site and your review will be entered into a prize draw. All reviews get entered but clearly the more reviews you write the more chance you have of winning. You have until the end of May (when we announce the winner) to build up your chances of winning so get riding and get reviewing :)

So be it your local trail you want to help get on the map or just a trail you have visited and loved (or hated) then get in there and share your experience. You can review as many trails as you like but you can only leave one review per trail. Also reviews on any Accommodation, Coach, Guide, Bike Hire or Shop listings are also valid for entry.

To get started just find the trails you have ridden, places, you have stayed, guides or coaches you have used and so on and leave your reviews. Good Luck!

Antur Stiniog DH Fest Race

Written by Daniel Mintz. Posted in Latest News

The Antur Stiniog DH Fest race has just been announced for the 13th / 14th of July. I kind of feel putting on a race is the culmination of all the hard work that goes into the creation of a new track. In many ways it defines the essence of a DH track and it’s community. It is like a shout to the MTB community that we are here, here to stay, serious  and ready to face all. The Antur Stiniog DH Fest race epitomises all these things.

Aberfoyle Bike Park In The Trossachs - Please Help!

Written by Daniel Mintz. Posted in Latest News

The Aberfoyle Bike Park project is set in the heart of the very beautiful Trossachs in Stirlingshire. The project aims to deliver a mountain bike park right in their village for all the community to enjoy and particularly to give opportunities to our youth.

This bike park at Aberfoyle will be an interlinked MTB facility with berms, skinnies, drop offs and jumps catering for all ages and all abilities. It's in area where there are limited facilities for young people so this is not just a massive grin inducing opportunity for the mtb fiend but for a great cause too.

Our friends at Bike Trossachs are behind this and they have costed the project at @56k and are using crowdfunding to raise it (it's all the rage for trails these days). They are dead close having raised a whopping 47k. But they need our help to go the final mile. To find out more and donate even a few quid which will massively all help and add up please go here.
