Had my operation a month back and just started road riding the last week. Did my second ride today in Lordship Rec, Downhills Park and the car parks of Broadwater Farm Estate.. Managed an hour this time which was cool. Smarting just a little but all good.

Also a good opportunity to talk to some locals and hand out leaflets on the local bike club and our upcoming launch of the Junior Trax for under 16. We have some funding awarded from Play Sport London to run some coaching so time to spread the word.

Think I might pop down again tomoz. Right off to do my physio
