Had a good day on Monday. Spent about 3 hours talking to local folk in the park.  Ages ranges from 6 to around 40. Lots of enthusiasm and you could not keep the comments back . I did between 15- 20 face to face interviews covering pre- teens, teens, parents and adult riders.

I feel confident we have an adequate and broad representation to base the report on.

The park has a lot of latent demand for this type of facility and I can imagine the increased popularity once we start building.  The desire to organise and form a club was strong.

It was educational for me and a great way to spend a sunny Monday.

I have been asked to put together all the consultation survey findings into a report to inform the architect to draw up the designs.  Really pleased for iBikeRide to have this opportunity and get further involved.  An informal thanks to Ian at the CTC who is giving me guidance and pointers on the way. Should take me about a week to analyse all the responses and bring out the themes and concerns into something robust.

Thanks to all that contributed.
