The no footer is cool but maybe not the most exciting move but it is a core building block for the no footer X Up and the can can.

 

  • Process up the the jump with plenty of speed
  • Don't take your foot off too early not too late. Wait until you are at the peak of the jump to start the No Footer.
  • Some people pull on their brakes to keep their cranks level and stop back wheel moving whilst no footing (but not essential)
  • Recommend you start with your feet off small and work up
  • Wear plenty of body protection
  • When ready work up to the No Footer X Up and Can Can.
