Directions
The Hackny BMX Culb track is based on the Goldsmith’s Row side of Haggerston Park, just north of the Hackney City Farm.

Haggerston BMX bike park is situated in Haggerston Park in East London.  It is an urban bike park with an active community similar to it's sister sites Lordship Loop in Tottenham, Brixton BMX in Brockwell Park and Peckham BMX. It is built in a "W" design and has jumps, step-ups and big berms. You can pump without pedalling, manual or jump. A great progressive park. It's open all year (not to be ridden at night mind) and free to use. It was completed in March 2011 by Bike Track working with Hackney council, Haggerston Park Users Group, Access Sport and volunteers.

If you would like to learn how to ride the track, Hackney BMX Club run coaching sessions. The sessions now take place every Sunday, 10am - 12noon. To be kept updated visit Hackney BMX, follow @HackneyBMX on twitter, visit the Hackney BMX facebook page or email hackney-bmx@googlegroups.com.

Sweet urban bike park

I rode her on my mountain bike and can honestly say it's fun for both wheel types. The park attracts bmx riders, dirt bikes and mountain bikers and is frequented by all ages. Little 6 year was on it whilst I was there. I met a few coaches whilst there who said there is both a Saturday and Sunday coaching sessions from as young as 5 upwards with 20 kids a session. Clearly it has a growing community. It is jump centric with three massive berms that are nicely concreted over so they are fast and will need minimal maintenance. First section you don't need to pedal but second section doesn't flow as smoothly as first. Fun afternoon
