Head towards Woburn Sands on the A421 (H8). At the roundabout crossing the A5130, take the third exit sign posted Wavendon and Woburn Sands. Continue on this road, over a level crossing and through Woburn Sands high street. At the end of the high street, you reach 2 mini roundabouts. At the 2nd, turn right up Church Road Aspley Heath. All the way to the top of the hill, and there is a car park.

Woburn Sands mountain biking destination is reasonably well-known (but under-publicised), with car-parks at the top of Church Street. Well that's what our friends at Wikipedia say.

There are dirt jumps for all skils levels and the terrain being sandy means it drains well so it is ridden most of the year. There are miles of cross country riding including fast technical single track with loops ranging from 2 miles to 15 miles.

I hear some of the best bits are hidden so you might want to link up with the local club Cyclone MBC who ride weekly at Aspley Guise woods based in Woburn Sands.
