Headed down to Swinley on Sunday with Gareth (i4_uk) and met up with Tom (Tomallan) some of his mates (the two Dave's and Travis) from the friendly EppingHardCru folks..
OK, since my brake and upgrade (titanium plate from the Hamsterley downhill descent, my arm and wrist are healing and doc is impressed with recovery. Reckon I should be back by end of September on the trails and downhilling by October. Injury pics to follow shortly
