Better Then Expected
If you can drive up to Winlatter you'll get a full day out of that trip at least 4 hours of riding. but not bad and better then I expected. id like to try this again in the dry to get a proper idea of what its like.
Good points:
Blue Trails are simple and easy to ride.
The Orange Skilled Section not to be confused with extreme is really fun more of a challenge than the black section, good satisfaction level for completing that.
Considering the fact its Winter UK weather and it hadn't been great there wasn't to much-standing water and where there was standing water didn't cause any danger or cause the trails to become slippy.
Bad points:
The black section should not be flagged as a black section, Urban Red Rock-It Trail Sections 2 and 3 were much harder with massive drops and rock jumps requiring a much higher level of bike control.
The Climbs are incredibly steep and there seems to be much more climbing then descending and that's the major issue for me. (am definitely not fit enough) .
The Blue trails in comparison to trails up in the lakes and more like green trails if your kids have the stamina to climb a lot.
I only got an hour and a half riding done here. maybe it would have been different if the weather wasn't hail
Would you recommend?
*Yes*
