Renewing Expired Listings
Q: I have a listing that has expired.How do I renew my Listing?
A: If you are a previous Directory partner and your listing has expired then just visit the My Account page to renew your listing.
Updating Existing Listings
NB: To do any changes to your listing you need to first log in and go to your listing on the site.
Q: I want to amend my listing. How do I do that?
A: Once logged in and navigated to your listing on the site you will see to the left of your listing title a little asterisk. If you hover over that you will see a drop down that has lots of options including "edit listing" and "edit media".
To edit the content of the listing then click "edit listing" on the drop down when hovering over the asterisk.
To remove or unpublish images click 'edit media' on the drop down when hovering over the asterisk.
Q: I've uploaded an image and I can't see it?
A: The first time an image is added you will often need to refresh the page once uploaded to see it. It is them permanently there. this is a technical oddity as we store our images in the cloud. It only happens on the first page load.
Q: How do I get the best out of my images?
A: Having clicked 'edit media' and once uploading an image you will see there are options to set an image as the default, gallery, logo and cover. Where you only have one photo (e.g. with an 'essentials annual' package we recommend setting it as cover and default to maximise impact.
Q: I can't add any more media?
A: If you took out the "essential annual" package which only allows one image you will need to first delete or unpublished the existing image before adding a replacement.
