Directions
M50 Motorway Southbound: Take Exit 13 Dundrum off the M50, take the first exit at the roundabout, take the second left at traffic lights, keep left at next lights. Turn right turn up Ticknock Road, just after crossing M50 Bridge. Follow Ticknock Road for 2km and turn left into Ticknock Forest.
M50 Motorway Northbound: Take Exit 13 Sandyford off the M50, take the first exit at the roundabout, take next right at the traffic lights, continue straight through next cross roads, continue past Lambdoyles pub, after 1km take left turn up Ticknock Road, just after crossing M50 Bridge. Follow Ticknock Road for 2km and turn left into Ticknock Forest.

Ticknock mountain bike trails are 30 minutes from Dublin in the foothills of the the Three Rock Mountain with great views overlook Dublin and Dublin Bay. The trails here are made up of sections that create a looped feature packed route starting and finishing at the same point. The trails are waymarked and the centre had good facilities from parking, bike wash, cafe, rental and shop.

 

Ticknock Trails

  • Ticknock trails are waymarked and start from the car park. It is made up of 8 single track trails to create a loop. It is 13km long and you can cut out sections if you want. The total length of the trail network is 13km. It's technically challenging and fast.
