this place is great if you live close and have ano hour or two to spare
Good points:
I feel that the trails helped me progress with my bike handling skills but the trails dont have much variety despite this I still had fun riding round the different loops i also like how there is a place to sit down before and after your ride
Bad points:
there isn't much veriaty in the trail an its all quite compact

don't bother for mtb
Thankfully I didn't expect much as the mtb trail was just a few bonus runs as part of a family days cycling around the wind farm, my first thoughts were, what a shame someone wasted money building this.......mtb trails are too short and compressed, there's really nothing to them and even a complete novice would find nothing there to hold their interest for any more than a couple of laps, if it's on your doorstep it's maybe worth a blast if only to keep fitness levels up but then Cathkin Braes will also be on your doorstep and is way better but still lacks any feel, flow or day in the wilderness feeling that we all love.
Good points:
there's a cafe, toilet and bike wash but I can't imagine your bike is going to get very dirty
It's good for family rides, especially if you have kids in a tag along or trailer but don't expect any excitement
Bad points:
short trails
lacking in features
everything feels compressed
doesn't have the feeling it was designed by a mountain biker
