ibikeride At The Cycle Show

This years Cycle Show in London showed off the latest the bike industry has to offer in the world of bike candy and ibikeride were there getting the latest before the doors had even opened. Refreshed Forum

The new Forum as well as a core general biking section now has additional areas covering the likes of bike maintenance and sections specific to trails, downhill, dirt and so on. It also has a section for you to introduce yourself to others on the site so if you haven't already then do come now and share who you are, where you ride and the rest. New Personal Messages:

For all registered and logged in users there is now a private message service so you can ping each backwards and forwards and connect easily.  It is a bit like Facebook but much much better of course

New Ibikeride Maps

You can now see where users are from in the world on a Google global map. The map always shows the current 50 users online. (The mini map which is separate and on the homepage shows the the last 400 users). Lots and Lots and lots of Advertising

Like tons!!! You will notice the site now has advertising from Wiggle, Evans and Google. I've tried as much as possible to target this advertising to make it as relevant to biking as possible. The site is not that cheap to build and run and it is a bit of a labour of love. Clicking on the ads occasionally and even buying at the other end helps keep the wheels turning as they say and the site up. Right that's about it for the second newsletter. Can't believe the site is just three months old.
